We have successfully handled the NCLT matters (National Company Law Tribunal) under Section- 252(1) and 252 (3) of the Companies Act 2013 and re-presented before the Hon’ble NCLT, Hyderabad Bench and Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad and filed petitions on behalf of our clients before the Bench and retrieved the companies from Strike off status to Active Status.
